    Obtained by distillation of the leaves, Peppermint essential oil is well known for its "ice-cube effect" and for its countless uses. Purifying, refreshing and decongesting, it is also an excellent digestive and anaesthetic.

    Inhaled, it provides an incomparable sensation of freshness.

    Precaution of use

    Do not use in pregnant or breast-feeding women, except on the advice of a doctor. Do not swallow. Do not expose to the sun after applying the oil.

    Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Limonene, Linalool

    Skin care: add a few drops to a cream, gel, vegetable oil or shampoo.

    Well-being: put 2-3 drops on half a sugar cube or under the tongue to relieve motion sickness.

    Headaches: massage the temples with 2-3 drops of essential oil, avoiding the eye area.

    In the atmosphere: add a few drops to a diffuser and leave for a while.
